Buy Apidra Cartridges 100 Units / mL
Apidra Cartridges are used to improve blood glucose levels for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. This fast-acting insulin (similar to NovoLog) helps lower blood sugar levels after meals to avoid any complications related to diabetes mellitus.
It is only feasible to administer Apidra 100 units/ml from a reusable pen when using cartridges. Vials should be used when administering by syringe, intravenous injection or infusion pump.
Ensure you are ordering the correct cartridges, as Apidra Cartridges can be confused with Lantus Cartridges.
Your physician or nurse will provide you with proper methods to apply the injection subcutaneously (under the skin).
This medication should be taken 15 minutes before or within 20 minutes of the beginning of your meal. It will help if you continue using it unless your doctor provides you with different instructions.
Apidra Cartridges can be used along with other diabetes medications, including long-acting types of insulin. Please seek your doctor’s approval before administration. It is quite easy to mix up insulin products, as they usually come in the same form of pens, cartridges and vials. Ensure you are ordering the right type of insulin prescribed to you.
As advised by your physician, Apidra should be used as part of a treatment program in combination with a healthy diet, exercise routine, and weight loss program.
It is essential to check your blood sugar levels regularly, which can be performed using a glucometer. Results should be shared with your doctor so they can adjust your dosage accordingly.
Apidra is also available in Solostar pens and 100 u/mL vials.
Common side effects of this medication include: hypoglycemia, allergic reactions, lipodystrophy, itching, rashes and weight gain.
Skin irritations may occur at the site of injection, which includes redness, swelling, and hard lumps (lipodystrophy). To avoid this from happening, do not skip meals and monitor your blood sugar levels regularly.
It is not recommended to smoke or drink excessively, as these can impact blood sugar levels.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, let your doctor know before starting this treatment (see pregnancy tab for more information)
Do not use this medication if your blood sugar levels are low (hypoglycemia). Please consult your doctor if you have any heart, liver, or kidney problems before starting treatment.
